A Common Request We Don't Talk About Enough
A good chunk of our bookings are for more than one vehicle — a family with two or three cars in the driveway, a small business with a few company vehicles, a property manager coordinating for residents. Multi-vehicle detailing works differently from a single appointment in ways worth knowing before you book.
How Scheduling Works for Multiple Vehicles
When you book more than one vehicle at the same address, we schedule them back-to-back in a single visit rather than as separate appointments. That means:
- •One visit, one time window, instead of coordinating multiple separate bookings
- •We bring enough product and water/power setup for the full group upfront
- •Total time is roughly the sum of each vehicle's individual service time, plus a small buffer — we'll give you a real estimate when you tell us how many vehicles and what tiers
Mixing Service Tiers Across Vehicles
You don't need to book the same package for every vehicle. It's common for a family to get a Gold Detail on the primary daily driver and a Basic on a less-used second car, or for a small business to keep company vehicles on Basic monthly maintenance while an owner's personal car gets Silver or Gold. Just tell us the tier for each vehicle when you book — there's no requirement to match packages.
What Businesses Should Consider
For small businesses with a handful of vehicles — delivery vans, service trucks, a couple of company sedans — regular detailing does two practical things: it keeps vehicles looking professional for a brand that shows up at customers' homes or job sites, and it protects the resale/trade-in value of vehicles you'll eventually cycle out of the fleet.
For business bookings, a few things to plan for:
- •Consistent scheduling matters more than one-off details. A monthly Basic across the fleet keeps everything presentable; sporadic one-time details don't maintain the same standard.
- •Access and parking logistics. Let us know if vehicles are spread across a parking lot, multiple building entrances, or need to be moved between details — we'll plan the visit accordingly.
- •Invoicing and recurring billing can be set up for repeat business accounts — ask when you book.
What Families Should Consider
For households with multiple vehicles, a common approach that works well:
- •Book all vehicles on the same recurring schedule (e.g., monthly) so the whole driveway gets attention at once rather than staggering appointments
- •Consider tiering by usage — the car that goes to the beach every weekend probably needs Silver or Gold more than the car that mostly sits in a garage
- •If you have a mix of ages or vehicle types (a family SUV plus a teen's older sedan), remember pricing is by vehicle class and tier, not a flat per-vehicle rate
Logistics for Multi-Vehicle Visits
- •Water and power access: We're self-sufficient with our own water supply, so a driveway or lot without external hookups isn't a problem
- •Space between vehicles: If vehicles are parked close together, having a little room to maneuver around each one speeds up the visit — not required, but helpful
- •Someone available at drop-off: Not strictly necessary if vehicles are accessible, but useful for any specific instructions per vehicle
